A popular bet in basketball is placing bets on the NBA totals game, known also as over/unders. In an over/under bet you bet on the NBA total points scored in the game. At the end of the game, you add the points scored by each team to arrive at a NBA total score. You take that NBA total score and relate that to the O/U of the game.
The best NBA total betting system around is also the oldest NBA total system. In this NBA total betting system you simply bet the under in the game with the lowest posted over/under number on the board. However, before using this NBA total system there must be at least a minimum of four games being played.
Some sports bettors will double up after losses and try to show a profit any time the system wins. This can be expensive and risky sometimes. If you are going to play a NBA total system, then I suggest that instead of doubling up on a bet, the sports bettor would probably be best served by waiting until the system has a few losing days before making a play.

The reason that the public enjoys betting the overs as the NBA total, is because it is typically more enjoyable to root for scoring. Thus, most sports bettors are less likely to bet under as a NBA total score. Generally, any time a sports bettor can be wagering against the public, they will generally have the advantage over the long run.
