Best Sports Books While In Las Vegas

I personal perfer online sports betting than land based casinos.  Although, I do attend several land based casinos during a month.  My opinion is that when you are watching a sports event on television, the game is enhanced for the sports bettor since the sports bettor does have a small stake in the oucome of the game.

However, if you do go to Las Vegas, I suggest that you visit the many sports books in Las Vegas and place a bet.  Watching the game while placing a bet in a Las Vegas sports book will enhance the overall experience.  Many of the Las Vegas sports books run promotions, sell hot dogs and beer, and generally do whatever it takes to make their venue as exciting as possible.  Although, I must admit that the mentioned selling of hot dogs and giving drinks are a turn off for me.  I prefer the comfort of my home and the quietness.

While in Las Vegas, I suggest that you visit at least what I call "Super Sports Books".  They are The Mirage, Caesars Palace, and the Las Vegas Hilton. These are the places that attract the biggest action and offer the most amenities to the sports bettors such as multiple viewing screens, plenty of seats, and speedy cocktail service.  In addition to the Super Sports Books in Las Vegas, I might also suggest visiting a few of the big sports books.  They include: Imperial Palace, Circus Circus, Excalibur, Golden Nugget, Horseshoe, Bally’s, Rio, Gold Coast, and Palace Station. 

Everything considered, The Mirage is probably the best place to enjoy the action. Especially, when it comes to boxing!  The sports book area is beautiful, there’s plenty of action and excitement, and hustling cocktail waitresses are not stingy about bringing free drinks to patrons sitting in the viewing area.

Although, when I do go to Las Vegas, usually once a month, I place my bets at Sam's Town since room and food is usually provided at no cost and it is quiet.
