BetED was originally founded in 1996 as Casinos of the South Pacific and located in the Cook Islands which was widely considered to be a premier gaming jurisdiction.  With a need for additional resources BetED made the decision to move their operations and relocated to Costa Rica in 1999.

The functionality of the website is fast,easy to use and hassle free.

The sportsbook offers wagering options on NFL, NCAA and Canadian football plus basketball, baseball, hockey, golf, tennis, auto racing, boxing and propositions on politics and entertainment.

Wager types include staight bets, point spread, money line, totals, true parlay odds 2-10 teams, pleasers/ pleaser odds 2-6 teams, teasers/ teaser odds 2-8 teams, buying points, if.win, futures, and props.

Stats available for NFL, NCAAF basketball, MLB, Nascar and CFL.

Overall BetED has a good payout performance with a few known complaints.

The maximum payout request for all methods is $1500 per request and $3000 per week (which is considered low by today's standard)

Generous promotional offers are available but the maximum bonus limit is $125 with a rollover of 8 times.

Although customer service is limited to emails and telephone use only, the agents are friendly and efficient.  I think that they should also had an online customer service help desk!

No horse book available - most major sports book do offer horse racing..

BetEd is ideally suited to recreational bettors looking for fun with a reputable sports book.
